Husband and wife duo Tunu and Yona Puri have teamed up with restaurateur Arjun Waney, co-founder of world-renowned hotspots Zuma, Coya, La Petite Maison and The Arts Club in London, to launch a new restaurant and bar concept, Tamarina. The restaurant specializes in coastal Italian cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean, incorporating freshly caught seafood and local produce prepared using classic Italian techniques. It also feature a Crudo Bar and an al fresco Champagne Bar.

Designed by David d’Almada of Sagrada in London, the space is furnished with dark wood, brass accents and antique mirrors evoking Italian glamour with a Miami accent – chic and lively, yet relaxed and cozy. Outside, the intimately lit, lushly landscaped wraparound terrace houses the Champagne Bar that features a highly curated list of Champagne, sparkling wines and Frizzanti both by the glass and bottle. Guests can enjoy a flute of pure bubbly or choose from one of Tamarina’s signature champagne cocktails elevated with ingredients like thyme, basil, and fresh-pressed juices.
